Custom Products

Some of our products are custom-made or made-to-order.
Due to the nature of customized products, custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started.


Quality Issues

If your order arrives with damage, defects, or quality issues, please contact our customer support within 48 hours after delivery.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or resend the product.


Standard Returns

For non-customized products, return requests may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• A 90% restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• The item must be returned in its original condition
